Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser – Toys

Job Description:

• Prepare scheduling & sales confirmation, etc.
• Handles orders follow-up and assists in analyzing sales performance
• Monitor the delivery schedule and coordinate with product development / engineering team
• Assist in sample handling, order and shipping data input and liaison with US clients as required
• Work with customers and factories independently
• Maintains detailed documentation throughout all phases of shipment
• Base on Master Plan to work with factories on production plan
• Monitor MA balance & inventory level

Requirements:

• Form 7 / DSE or above, Degree holder preferred
• At least 3 years’ solid experience in toys industry, more experience will be considered as Senior Merchandiser
• Experience in sizeable US buying office is preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
