About the role

Angel Face Beauty Creations (International) Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Specialist to join our team in the Sha Tin District. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality beauty products to both existing and new customers. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career progression within our rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement channel strategies for O2O and key consumer channels to achieve company goals in the Beauty & Health market.
• Identify opportunities and drive new initiatives for both new and existing products in consumer channels.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and develop promotional strategies and activity plans for assigned customers, aiming to meet sales targets while exploring new sales channels.
• Formulate and execute annual account sales plans for key customers.
• Negotiate promotion and business plans with customers for mutual benefits.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and foster working partnerships.
• Evaluate and analyze market and sales information to effectively plan and meet sales targets.
• Provide up-to-date market information to management for business development planning.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or higher in any discipline.
• Significant experience in sales management development.
• Background in sales management or key account management within the beauty industry, e-commerce, or consumer products is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated team player who can work under pressure.
• Enjoys challenges with high resilience and flexibility.
• Proactive and capable of generating new initiatives.
• Results-oriented with strong business acumen and connections.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
