職位描述

Business Development

  • Identify and develop global business opportunities and client networks globally
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by Management
  • Expand into new markets through strategic initiatives
  • Review and analyze market trends and scalability to formulate effective wholesale strategies for each region

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both online and offline
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Oversee the order fulfillment process to ensure smooth and timely operations

Website Operations

  • Review and approve online client applications
  • Analyze product performance and optimize active listings on the platform
  • Monitor competitors’ pricing and implement effective sales and pricing strategies

Marketing Channels

  • Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) tools and related marketing budgets
  • Coordinate EDM (Email Direct Marketing) promotions targeted at specific client segments

Other Responsibilities

  • Support various projects aimed at improving operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive and consistent consumer experience
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing B2B/wholesale accounts and consistently meeting sales targets
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Wholesale Manager position
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field
  • Experience with eCommerce backend systems is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve company goals
