About the Job:
Join our dynamic team and play a key role in assisting our warehouse operations! As a Warehouse Assistant, you will help with the smooth and efficient flow of goods, supporting both our retail and e-commerce channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting daily warehouse activities, including goods receiving, order pick and pack, loading, and transportation arrangements.
• Helping manage inventory operations across all channels (retail shops and e-commerce), encompassing stock control, cycle counting, ensuring accuracy, and overseeing stock replenishment.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of production and packaging, ensuring processes are efficient and meet established quality benchmarks.
What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
• Moderate computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese input methods.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Experience with HKTV Mall or e-platform order fulfilment would be advantageous.
