職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administrative and logistic tasks related to training
  • Perform reception duties at front desk
  • Ensure the daily operation of the training centre is smooth
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports for management reference
  • Coordinate training programs and arrange training schedules
  • Support and provide excellent customer service for the full cycle of exam centre operation, from examinee registration to completion of examination
  • Answer incoming phone call and handle customers enquiries
  • Handle ad-hoc situations and work closely with training team to accomplish team goals

Requirements:

  • Form 5 education or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
  • Creative, independent, self-initiative, detail-minded and able to deal with ad-hoc situations
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skill and service manner
  • Good PC skill in usage of Excel, MS Word & Chinese Word Processing
