Experience Required

Education:

Form 5 or DSE or above (University degree holder would be an advantage)

Work Experience:

Relevant experience preferably 1+ years in tobacco industry or FMCG industry in Hong Kong.

Language Skills:

Fluent in Cantonese/ Mandarin Chinese.

English is an advantage (for internal communication)

Functional Skills:

Good at communication skills, interpersonal and managerial skills.

Good selling & negotiation skills.

Basic analythical and presentation skills.

    Ensures the implementation of Principle business objectives in all POS in his/ her area of ​​responsibility (distribution, communication and exposure):
  • Ensure the presence of the recommended portfolio of Principle products in the visited universe.
  • Together with the Sales team in his/her area of ​​responsibility, to ensures the achievement of the monthly distribution and merchandising objectives
  • Ensure sufficient stock for principle products in the stores visited.
  • Plan and achieve the objectives of contracted locations within the deadlines set by the company.
  • Personally ensures the exposure of the principle portfolio in the Diamond area, with maximum impact and with a shelf share above Principle market share in each point of sale in the allocated universe.
  • Develops and proposes to his/her manager trade marketing activities and loyalty programs and, if they are accepted, monitors the implementation in strategic clients in the area.

    Ensures the implementation of trade marketing activities/ POSM in the points of sale in his/her area of ​​responsibility.
  • Ensure the functionality and maintenance/cleaning of materials (permanent or temporary POSM) used in marketing activities.
  • Expose the materials related to Principle products in the points of sale according to established criteria and Trade Marketing principles.
  • He/she ensures that the communication materials correspond from an aesthetic point of view with the production characteristics of each individual product.
  • He/ She is responsible for uninstalling the temporary materials related to the completed marketing campaigns, at the time of the visit to the point of sale.
  • Ensures the implementation of merchandising standards for customers, applying the priority tables and respecting the material placement criteria, according to Principle rules.

    Select the proposed locations for engagement, loyalty programs and providing services according to Principle standards.
  • Permanently updates the database with the locations of permanent materials placed in the field.
  • Ensures the implementation of contractual terms and conditions in the universe of covered clients with whom it has concluded a collaboration contract and monitors them afterwards.
  • Ensure optimal investments in clients in the area of ​​responsibility, and subsequently their return (ROI) in line with the Principle strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with contracting procedures and processes, including completing and submitting on time the set of documents necessary for making payments
  • Immediately informs the direct superior about any situation in which the terms and conditions of a contract (between Principle and a client) are not met, and the situation could not be resolved amicably.

  • Informs and trains the sellers in line with the communication strategy of the activities
  • Periodically informs the clients assigned to the route about performance, Principle projects and their effects.
  • Collects and reports with maximum accuracy market intelligence data about the products (Principle and the competition), at each visit he/ she make to the respective point of sale.
  • He/she stays informed and then informs his/her superior about any change in the related category observed in the POS (price changes, portfolio, communication and prioritized merchandising, programs, etc.)
  • He/ She is frequently analysing internal information and reports on his/her KPIs performance
  • Self-develop and accumulate necessary knowledge in line with the needs of the company, based on Principle's "business advisor" profile.
    Manages His/her assigned territory according to company requirements:
  • Participate in the maintenance and optimization of routes
  • Makes sure the customer's monthly goals in visited (covered) universe are met
  • Respect the order and frequency of customer visits, according to the agreed principles
  • Establishes partnerships with current customers and Identify and contact all potential clients in the assigned territory who meet the established criteria from the covered universe.
  • Participate actively and with maximum accuracy in the market research carried out by Principle (ex. Census, sales prices, etc.)

    Other Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Prepares periodic monitoring reports, completes the appropriate questionnaires and analyzes his/her performance in the area of ​​these responsibilities.
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
