Temporary Sample Coordinator

The Opportunity

Mattel Asia Pacific is currently seeking Temporary Sample Coordinators to join the Digital and Model Service Team, supporting Managers in coordinating product and sample development activities. Positions are available in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.

This is a 3-month contract role to support seasonal projects.

Your Impact

• Provide clerical support to the team, including data entry, sample packing, shipment coordination, and tracking sample movement
• Coordinate samples and packaging mock-ups for global toy fairs and key account meetings

What We’re Looking For

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above or relevant qualifications
• Prior hands-on clerical experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A team player who is eager to learn and can work independently under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
