Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Oracle Practice within the organization, including identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and ramping up the team
• Provide inputs on client needs and recommend solution options based on Oracle products
• Prepare viable solution for the client with strong sense of business case
• Propose delivery approach for the technology solution considering priorities and dependencies
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that Oracle solutions are integrated with other technologies and services
• Deliver Oracle Project Implementation and Consultancy Services
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on Oracle solutions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, or above
• 10+ years of experience in managing and delivering multi-year Oracle projects
• Experience constructing technology deals focusing on Oracle and related modules and technologies
• Prior experience in leading system integration or implementation projects, especially with Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing an Oracle team
• Proven track record of developing and growing business in the Oracle space
• Strong market connections
• A deep understanding of the Oracle technologies and their applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members
• Fluent Cantonese and English
