Johnson Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager or Assistant Manager to handle recruitment activities across Hong Kong, China, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and contract preparation.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define selection criteria, while providing guidance on recruitment processes and effective sourcing channels.

  • Proactively source candidates across job boards and other leading talent acquisition tools to identify and engage top-tier candidates effectively.

  • Conduct market research to provide insights on talent availability and advise hiring managers on adjusting or broadening their requirements to attract top talent.

  • Leverage recruitment systems to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for assigned disciplines.

  • Support various HR initiatives, including HR system implementations and other ongoing projects.

  • Lead talent-related programs, such as campus recruitment and digitization projects.

  • Drive special projects and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Assist with blue-collar worker recruitment for the Taipo Industrial Estate when necessary.

  • Handle recruitment related administrative matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience, ideally with both in-house and agency exposure.

  • Proven experience in recruiting for engineering, manufacturing operations, and technical roles within the manufacturing or engineering industry.

  • Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn, JobsDB, 51job, Liepin, BOSS Zhipin, and other leading talent acquisition tools to identify and engage top-tier candidates effectively.

  • Proactive, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including internal hiring managers and external vendors.

  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
