Supervisor/Senior Supervisor, IT Service Support (Store)

About the role:

1. New Store Project Support:

• Coordinate and oversee information technology tasks in new store projects
• Collaborate closely with relevant business departments and suppliers to ensure successful implementation of information technology work
• Coordinate resources efficiently to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality results

2. Infrastructure Installation and Maintenance:

• Ensure proper installation and configuration of hardware equipment (servers, network switches, computers, printers, scanners, etc.) and network connections in stores
• Maintain and support hardware equipment and network connections, promptly resolving failures and issues
• Continuously optimize and improve facilities to ensure uninterrupted store operations

3. POS Systems and Payment Processing:

• Install, configure, and test POS systems in stores
• Resolve any POS system and payment issues encountered during store operations
• Identify common problems and propose optimization and improvement solutions to enhance efficiency

4. Data Security and Backup:

• Establish and maintain robust data security measures in stores
• Regularly perform data backup maintenance and conduct security checks to ensure the integrity and reliability of store data

5. Training and Support:

• Provide comprehensive training and support to store employees, enabling them to effectively utilize information technology equipment and systems
• Ensure store staff's proficiency in using technology to enhance their productivity and operational efficiency

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in related work
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of store business processes
• Familiarity with server configuration, network construction, and POS system logic
• Display a strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and willingness to travel frequently
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese, and English languages
