Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor (Building Services)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise technical staff to perform day-to-day operations & maintenance works, fitting-out work and project management in designated commercial buildings / shopping malls
• Plan and coordinate the repair & maintenance, modification & installation works, plant operation and fit-out work in all stages
• Handle technical enquiries raised by tenants and resolve all technical problems
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker with minimum 10 years’ working experience in maintenance work
• Experience in site supervision is essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with CAD drawing is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
