Purpose of the Role:
The supervisor will oversee all aspects of store operations, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a strong brand narrative. This role requires a strong service mindset and the ability to engage customers through compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Ensure that every customer interaction reflects the brand’s values and delivers a personalized shopping experience through effective storytelling.
• Drive sales and profitability by analyzing store performance, implementing strategic initiatives, and optimizing product placement.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members on product knowledge, service techniques, and storytelling skills to enhance customer engagement.
• Oversee the visual presentation of the store to ensure it aligns with brand standards and effectively showcases products.
• Foster an open and positive communication environment within the team, encouraging feedback and collaboration.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to meet customer demand while minimizing shrinkage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury / retail brand environment.
• Strong service mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and drive sales
• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to engage customers and convey the brand narrative effectively.

• Good in both Chinese & English
