Responsibilities:

  • To motivate and lead the frontline staff to achieve sales target
  • Handling day-to-day operations to ensure efficient store functioning
  • Provide expert sales advice and personalized customer service to help customers find the most suitable products
  • Monitor the sales performance in store
  • Manage inventory, ensure sufficient product supply, and conduct regular inventory audits
  • Ensure a tidy and organized product display within the store, presenting the best brand image
  • 1st in-charge of the store

工作職責:

  • 帶領團隊達到公司銷售及服務目標
  • 協助營運經理監督門店的日常運營
  • 為客人提出專業時尚意見
  • 制定改善方案,提升營運業績及表現
  • 管理店舖日常業務包括協助店舖陳列、存貨管理、營運等
  • 店舖的主要負責人

Requirements:

  • Relevant retail experience, with preference given to candidates with Supervisor experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong leadership abilities, able to guide and train team members and coordinate workflow.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of handling pressure and multitasking.
  • Keen insight into fashion and trends, and able to share relevant knowledge with customers.

入職要求:

  • 具5年零售經驗者優先考慮
  • 具有管理店舖營運經驗
  • 良好人際關係及管理技巧
  • 積極主動、親切有禮、具責任感及富有團隊合作精神 具備良好溝通及銷售技巧
  • 樂觀正面態度、自我激勵、能獨立處事及良好解難能力
  • 有時尚觸覺
