Key Responsibilities
· Provide product sourcing , office general admin support, handling incoming mails, vendors searches, licences renewal, ordering office supplies, ad hoc work
· Maintain documentations records inclusive personnel records , ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
· Assist in the payroll process, including data entry, verifying timesheets, and preparing relevant reports with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
· Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
· Assist with travel bookings and itinerary planning for staff
· Submit and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner
Requirements
· 2-3 years of relevant experience
· Strong organisational skills, multitasking abilities and capable of meeting deadlines
· Detail-Minded, positive work attitude, self-disciplined with strong sense of responsibility
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , chinese word processing.
· Proficient communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
· Immediate available is highly preferred
