RESPONSIBILITIES
o Responsible to all shop functions including: staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, visual presentation, customer service, point-of-sale and overall shop operations.
o Creating an outstanding motion e-sports related experience for a diverse age group customer base including teenagers and kids.
o Ensure all staffs are properly trained and knowledgeable.
o Work with the Operation and Development team of AME, to refine and revise the shop to meet the needs of the customers.
o Achieve sales/profit goals.
REQUIREMENTS
o 4-year work experience as shop manager / assistant shop manager.
o Higher Diploma or above.
o Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
o Solid experience in managing in sales / retails operation, while event, sports or fitness related will be advantage.
o Strong leadership with proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
o Responsible, pleasant, proactive, outgoing and customer-oriented.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o For candidates with less experience will be considered as shop assistant / supervisor
o Working Location: Tuen Mun
