As a Shop Manager at Max Mara Fashion Group, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service in your store and follow up on the results
• Maximize sales opportunities by having a commercial focus
• Plan and work towards specific goals with the shop management team
• Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the brand, i.e. marketing promotions, sales activities
• Provide training and evaluate subordinates’ performance, recommending promotion and job enhancement

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in fashion brands and with solid experience in managing a shop

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good management and coaching skills
• Strong fashion sense and have knowledge in fashion trend
