Shipping Coordinator (3 month contract)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales and Planning for accurate order entry and validation against inventory.
• Coordinate inbound shipments and ensure smooth receipt of goods; address any delays.
• Work with warehouse to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders, resolving fulfillment and transportation issues.
• Liaise between shipping, warehouse, and customer teams for effective communication.
• Prepare regular reports and update records

Requirements:

• Tertiary or above
• With 1 year or above experience in freight forwarding / shipping / operational logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, willing to learn
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
