職位描述

DUTIES

  • Liaise with forwarders, agents and customers for punctual shipments & delivery
  • Issue clear and accurate proforma invoices, factory purchase orders and sales contracts
  • Prepare & coordinate full set of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificate of origin, etc. for punctual shipment & delivery
  • Handle L/C, D/A and D/P transactions from start to finish
  • Handles shipments originating in Bangladesh, China & Vietnam
  • Track shipments to North America, Europe and SE Asia and problem solve if necessary
  • Basic cash flow accounting relating to shipments, tracking deposits and balances either from customers or to factories
  • Provide support on reports, data analysis and daily documentation
  • Handle basic office administration, including filing, document fulfillment, copying, accounting, inventory management, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • English / Cantonese / Mandarin—good command of these languages, both speaking & writing
  • Form 7 or above with minimum 3 years of shipping experience—diploma holder or above qualification will be prioritised
  • Excellent communication skills to handle customers and suppliers
  • Proven experience in handling full set of shipping, I/E, L/C, bank documents, as well as shipment & delivery experience
  • Proven experience in handling shipments from Bangladesh, China & Vietnam
  • Well-organised, proactive and high attention to detail
  • Excellent command of MS Office (particularly Excel) & Google Mail
  • Willingness to learn and implement new IT systems if necessary
