職位描述

Requirements:

  • F. 5 level or above
  • Minimum 3 years or above garment shipping experience
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and follow through on required tasks
  • Can speak Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Office.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

    Handle full set I/E documents and experience in ERP system is an asset
  • Coordinate and follow up delivery arrangement with forwarders and suppliers
  • Handle booking, export documents and shipment procedure
  • Assist in general office work and ad hoc tasks as required
  • Manage the daily administration, include staff attendance records, ordering of stationery, office equipment maintenance, procurement, filing and general correspondence and other miscellaneous supplies
  • Manage and organize travel arrangements for business trips including flights, hotel and accommodation etc. if needed.
  • Database input and prepare reports.
  • Provide support or back up other HR & Administration function & ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
