Serviced Apartments Leasing Officer

We are a serviced apartments company locates in Hong Kong Island area, looking for leasing officer.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• liaison and negotiate with tenants for new lease and tenancy renewal
• handle tenant related enquiries and complaints
• assign maintenance and cleaner for daily jobs

Job Requirements

• at least one year related experience
• self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities
• good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
