Senior Training Officer / Training Officer (Retail Operations Training)

About the role:

• Planning, organizing, implementing and administrating learning and development activities/event to frontline staff
• Assist in design, develop & work with subsidiary to implement learning and development programs to retail stores (including e-learning)
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties in executing learning and development initiatives
• Identify the evolving training needs of retail stores based on market and business needs, and provide related enhancement training on a timely basis
• Maintain and analyze training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of learning and development projects
• Onsite duties needed, when necessary
• Any other tasks as assigned by superiors

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Degree holder in Training or related disciplines
• 2-5 years’solid experience in the training field, with experience in designing and delivering service & selling training experience
• Excellent training, coaching and communication skills
• Proactive initiator with positive mindset
• Customer oriented, well-organized and detail-minded
• Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
