Senior System Engineer (Back End)

• Java framework (e.g. Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
• Microsoft Azure cloud platform

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform requirement analysis, architectural design, development, implementation, launch, and post-launch IT operations of back office related solutions, in accordance with the planned schedule, service levels and quality.
• Transform clients’ business needs into high quality architectural design.
• Prepare quality technical specifications including but not limited to various architectural specification, data specifications, requirement specifications, end-to-end use cases or data specifications, etc.
• Liaise with relevant parties including external partners to perform the above tasks when required
• Work with internal development teams to involve in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support business users and IT operations per service levels,

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holders in Computer Science, Information System or IT related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in information systems design and related software development
• Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in the followings are required:
    ◦  Java framework (e.g. Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JAX-RS, JPA,  Hibernate)
    ◦  Microsoft Azure cloud platform
    ◦  Kubernetes
    ◦  Mission critical online system with high transactional volume
    ◦  Payment gateway integration
• Proven experience in architectural design and relevant software development, implementation, integration and launch. Possess in-depth experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• A good team player with strong analytical/trouble shooting skills, able to work under pressure and self-motivated
• Strong communication and consultancy skills in both verbal and written English
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Architect position
