Senior Solution Engineer(Ref. SE/88/456)

Responsibilities:

• Perform software or system preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of MS Windows and MS SQL Server;
• System configure, modify and test on installed base device software;
• Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) of the projects;
• Prepare a regular BMS schedule and adjust BMS settings & parameters to meet changing conditions for the projects;
• Report the abnormal findings of the building facilities to supervisors;
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments / emergency tasks as required;

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree above in Computer Science, Building Services, Intelligent Building;
• 3 years relevant working experience in E&M project coordination such as site work, progress monitoring, testing, commissioning is preferred;
• Knowledge in network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, MQTT, Wi-Fi) and IoT Technologies, Bluetooth, Zigbee;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
