職位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for managing sales personnel commission, including the formulation of commission policies and setting performance targets for sales personnel.
  2. Responsible for statistical analysis of sales personnel commission data, providing timely data reports and performance analysis to unit leaders and HR.
  3. Responsible for communication and coordination regarding commission policy clarification and anomaly data correction with various divisions and sales personnel at regional units.
  4. Responsible for drafting company operational analysis reports and specialized analysis materials.
  5. Collaborate with the Compliance Management and Internal Audit to ensure compliance and audit matters related to sales management.


Job Requirements:

  1. Contract period: 6-months, renewable subject to business needs.
  2. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or business major is preferred.
  3. Over 2 years of experience in marketing budget management and data analysis. Prior experience in the telecommunications or related field is preferred.
  4. Diligent, meticulous, agile thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and logical thinking ability. Proficient in data analysis skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office
  6. Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English
