About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Senior Sales Executive to manage our wholesale business clients and ensure smooth handling of B2B orders. You will work directly with our Hong Kong and regional customers in the food, beverage, and cosmetics sectors, providing exceptional service from order to delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while driving sales growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage assigned B2B client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Handle the complete order process: quotation, confirmation, invoicing, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Resolve customer issues quickly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management for business development.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of B2B sales or account management experience in FMCG, retail, food & beverage, or cosmetics.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong retail/distribution channels is a plus.
- Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
