Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager

About the role
As a Senior Sales Executive or Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and achieving ambitious targets. You will lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results for the business.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets
• Negotiate and oversee sales agreements with key retailers
• Maintain and grow existing key accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Coordinate and execute sales promotion campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales
• Forecast product demand and propose order quantities to retailers to achieve sales goals
• Monitor and project event-driven sales turnover, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
• Conduct regular sales analysis, compile detailed reports, and deliver actionable presentations
• Explore new sales channels, opportunities, and events to drive revenue growth
• Oversee daily sales operations and activities to ensure smooth execution
• Support ad-hoc sales-related projects as needed

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
• Minimum 4 years’ Sales experience in wholesale distribution
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT etc.) & ERP system is preferred
• Independent, proactive and attention to detail
• Knowledge in the IP Character, licensing or Art Toy field is an advantage
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
