We are the builder of multiple major Government and Regulator’s projects in HK.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Director (Public Sector)for our Application and System Integration services team in Hong Kong and oversea..  

The role:

• Formulate the strategy for public sector business expansion and opportunities identification.

• Lead the large-scale public sector application development tender bidding

• Replicate Ping An Group’s reference project and capabilities in Smart City, Smart Healthcare, Trade, Finance, AI & Cloud to local public sector’s senior management.

• Scope the complex project with our internal local, regional, and external resources.

• Recruitment of external partners, sub-contractors, and vendors for tender bidding and delivery

• Familiar with local Government & public sector tender bidding process, engagement strategy, and winning tactics

• Relationship building with senior officials and government management not only IT.

• Accountable for achieving the assigned business objectives

Requirement:

• University graduate with well-written and verbal proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.

• Preferred with business application solutions/services selling experience to public sector enterprises and Government

• Proactive, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate, and willing to learn new technology/ business/ regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior-level executives

• Resourceful with partners, sub-contractors, and vendors both local and mainland.

• Knowledge of mainland China 信创 technology landscape and capabilities is preferred.
