(Senior) Production Officer

Job Description

• Plan and organize the production site(s) to achieve company’s business objectives
• Manage processes of production (printing), assembly, picking and packing
• Monitor the daily Production activities to ensure efficient delivery of the Production Schedule
• Solve any practical problems in production
• Update current SOPs and create SOPs for new processes
• Perform staff training, team supporting and coaching
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives assigned from management

Requirement

• 3 years or above relevant working experience
• Bachelor Degree with Major preferred: Supply Chain Management/Operations Management/Industrial Engineering or other operation-related discipline is preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good knowledge on operations management
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills
• Passionate about production and operations
• Innovative & Fast learner
• Sense of continuous learning and improvement
• Fluent in both English & Chinese, verbal and written communication & presentation skills
