Responsibilities:
-
Lead and manage advisory engagements for financial institutions (FIs) including banks, stock brokers, asset management companies, licensed corporations, authorised institutions, insurers etc.

Conduct regulatory/compliance/internal audit reviews with reference to regulatory requirements (e.g. HKMA SPM, SFC Codes and guidelines) and relevant policies and procedures
-
Draft policies, procedures and compliance manual for enabling FI clients to comply with applicable regulatory requirements
-
Develop subject matter expertise and knowledge and provision of training to the FS Advisory and other professional team members
-
Supervise, review and manage the performance of the FS team’s engagements
-
Develop business opportunities and expand market share
Requirement:
-
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance /or any related subjects
-
Over 7 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry
-
Professional qualification of HKICPA is a MUST. With other qualifications such as ACCA, CIA, FRM, etc. will be a plus
-
Experience in professional firm FS team providing the abovementioned services is a MUST
-
Experience in conducting reviews of assurance engagements under ISAE 3000 (R), ISAE 3402, etc.

Experience in dealing with senior management executives and board of directors of FIs
-
Experience in delivering seminars, training and contributing thought leadership in the FS space
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill, as well as proficiency in English and Chinese reporting

Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
-
Mature, positive attitude, proactive, self-motivating
