職位描述

Job responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the target segments (Commercial Real Estate) to drive sales and market shares growth
  • Manage key accounts through in-depth knowledge of their business plan, operations, and investment projects
  • Network with key influencers, decision makers and senior executives; Build up trust and strong relationship intimacy
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Project Execution and Service teams for successful solution development and project delivery, to upkeep customer satisfaction
  • Support various sales teams of different business units for their sales activities.
  • Maintain relevant records of key accounts organisation charts and contact information. Report opportunity pipelines with status updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Preferably with 10 years or above of working experience in sales and/or key account management
  • Proven track record in developing and managing sales and key/global accounts
  • Build and maintain sustainable and strategic relationships with key customers through C-level /key decision makers engagement
  • Related product knowledge and good understanding of client network, existing account relationships preferred
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with strong business acumen
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
