Senior Interior Designer (Ref: JD_ SID_20250502)

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design process from concept to completion, ensuring creativity, quality, and alignment with client vision.

• Create and present innovative design concepts via mood boards, sketches, and proposals to communicate ideas effectively.

• Collaborate with teams on detailed design development, space planning, and material selections within budget and aesthetic goals.

• Build strong client relationships, delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

• Stay informed on industry trends, sustainable practices, and innovative products.

• Manage all phases of interior fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain project workflow and resolve issues.

• Develop and manage project plans and timelines, mitigating risks proactively.

• Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders, maintaining transparency.

• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and guiding team members to meet objectives.

• Deliver engaging presentations to showcase design solutions and project progress.
   

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, clubhouse, or show flat projects.

• Strong portfolio of creative, high-quality design work in relevant sectors.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and PowerPoint; InDesign knowledge is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

• Proven ability to manage complex, multiyear projects with large teams.

• Knowledge of third-party development vs. direct owner-build project dynamics.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
