Senior Executive Officer - Public Relations/Marketing
Communications and Public Relations Office
Key Responsibilities
- Develop printed and digital promotional materials for both internal and external use, along with publications and presentation materials for marketing and publicity;
- Support marketing communications tasks, including managing websites and social media platforms;
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of online and offline College-wide promotional activities to enhance the college's image and programmes;
- Provide administrative support to the department;
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Have a recognized Bachelor’s degree (majoring in Marketing, Communication or Public Relations and Advertising is preferred);
- A minimum of 4 - 6 years' experience, prefer in communication, media relations, public relations, or publications or editorial work in the higher education or commercial sector, of which preferred 1 – 2 years at supervisory level;
- Have a good sense of handling a wide variety of traditional and e-marketing communication tools;
- High proficiency in the use of computer software applications, including MS Office, and Adobe Suite;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Be a good team player, attentive to details, highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
