Senior Engineer/ Project Manager - HVAC (A&A/ Replacement)

Job Duties: 

• Lead a team of engineers to ensure successful project execution

• Monitor overall project progress and perform vetting of deliverables

• Provide expert advice on technical submissions, proposals, and method statements

• Coordinate with the relevant parties of project

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• 8-10 years experience in chiller replacement and A&A works

• Experience with a consultancy or main contractor is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD

• Strong command of English and Chinese

• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
