·Senior Digital Strategist

Your Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Digital Director, you are expected to plan, manage and execute digital campaigns for our clients across multiple platforms.
• This includes taking client briefs and working with internal teams on digital concepts and clients’ proposals to reach desired objectives.
• Define campaign KPIs and leverage campaign analytics to determine success criteria, efficacy, and ongoing optimization  opportunities.
• Deliver measurable improvements against agreed KPIs and define ongoing measurement and documentation best practices.
• Preparation of online promotional, advertising, and other collateral materials.
• Participation in execution in content activation, influencer identification, influencer outreach, and community management.
• Manage, collect, integrate and analyze online reporting data from multiple sources, including web analytics, ad servers, and other sources, to draw a conclusion and formulate a suitable social strategy for clients.
• Conduct online research, competitor, and social media monitoring using various social media insights tools.

• Understand current and emerging media platforms (Asian and Western) and their usage from a consumer and business perspective.
  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in creative/marketing/media agencies with a proven successful digital account servicing track record.
• Passion about digital marketing with excellent presentations skills both internally and externally.
• Fluent in English, both reading and writing (Mandarin or Cantonese advantage).
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple work-streams efficiently on time and target.
• Strong numeracy with the ability to create estimates and budgets accurately.
• Ability to multi-task between projects of different nature, sizes, timelines and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Self-discipline with a proactive attitude.
• Ambitious and responsible attitude towards the project delivery process.
