Senior Consultant (Communication Services)

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team at Ricoh Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for Hybrid Workplace Technology solutions to sales teams throughout stages of the sales cycle.

 

About Your Role:

• Provide solution consultation and support to enterprise customers
• Work with sales team and execute technical strategies to achieve business objectives
• Design, develop and present to customers about technical solutions and associated sales proposals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of projects
• Execute ongoing customer consultant support and system enhancement recommendation

Does it sound like you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical consulting for workplace technology, UC/AV, collaboration solution
• Proven track record of delivering technical solutions to customers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese with Mandarin being a definite advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Consultant
