職位描述

Our client is hiring an bilingual admin support staff to assist with light office tasks.


Main Responsibilities

  • Arrange business travel bookings (e.g. flight tickets, hotel reservations)
  • Assist in document preparation for travel-related matters (e.g. visa application, basic invoices and forms)
  • Communicate with clients mainly via email and phone in Japanese
  • Occasionally go out to collect or deliver documents, or for seasonal greetings
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1 preferred) and good command of English

  • Some related work experience required (admin, coordination, support, etc.)

  • Experience in travel, trading, or client support is a plus

  • Organized, polite, and team-oriented
