Responsibilities:
The Senior Administration Officer with JA HK will be responsible for providing full range of administrative support which includes the following responsibilities:
• Provide overall administration and office operation support
• Organize and maintain records, documents, and databases
• Support organisation website and social media updates
• Assist in program events and production of program materials
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma or above
• Min 2 years of office admin experiences
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) – both written & oral
• Good IT application skills, familiarity with website management and social media platforms preferred
• Willing to work on Saturdays for program events (with compensatory leave)
• A good team player and fast learner, well-organised and responsible
