Senior Accounts Clerk / Accounts Clerk

About the role

This is a full-time Senior Accounts Clerk / Accounts Clerk position at Big Mad Communications Limited, a dynamic marketing agency located in Kwun Tong, Kwun Tong District. As a member of the Accounts team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Follow up on bank deposits
• Provide office administrative and clerical support
• Handle employee MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) matters
• Maintain leave and attendance records
• Assist superiors with other assigned accounting and administrative tasks

What we're looking for

• Hold a relevant LCCI Level II accounting certificate
• Minimum 2 years of accounting and administrative work experience
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English, with Chinese and English typing skills
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, reliable, and able to work independently
