(Senior) Accounting Officer

About the role

We are seeking a (Senior) Accounting Officer to join our growing team at Cha Fan Management Limited. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting and financial duties at our office in Kwai Fong, Kwai Tsing District.

What you'll be doing

• Handle Full Set of Accounts independently；
• Performing general accounting duties included but not limited to accounts payable, bank reconciliations, Inventory, cashflow monitoring, cheque payment and etc；
• Processing Payment Gateway Received Records, accurately and timely；
• Maintain the supplier master list and act as the primary contact for vendors, resolving payment-related issues and maintaining positive relationships；
• Preparation monthly Financial Analysis；
• Handle other ad hoc assignments as required.

What we're looking for

• Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g. ACCA, HKICPA) or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the catering industry;
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills;
• Proficient in using accounting software (傲林) and MS Office applications;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Familiarity with Hong Kong accounting standards and regulations;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer;
• Immediate available is preferred.
