Senior Account Executive / Account Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships

Assist in developing project briefs, budgets, timelines, and scopes in collaboration with both internal and external teams

Coordinate with copywriters, creative designers and front-end developers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues and challenges

Prepare creative briefs and status updates for the parties involved

Support the team in strategic planning and proposal development

Contribute to pitch presentations and new business development efforts

Ensure all client feedback is accurately captured and communicated to relevant teams

Requirements: 

Min. 3-5 years of experience in account servicing, preferably within a creative or digital agency

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)

A team player with a client-first mindset and strong attention to detail
