Responsibilities:
- Provide security consulting services including vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
- Perform security risk assessment, security audit and penetration testing
- Identify and recommend security safeguards and solutions, and provide general and technical security consultation and advice to user
- Perform network and host intrusion monitoring and detection
- Conduct source code review to identify software program vulnerabilities and detect malware
- Prepare deliverables such as security requirement report, security risk assessment report, security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures, etc., and deliver presentations
- Develop course materials and conduct training and education on IT security awareness and IT security skills
- Develop and review security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT and 3 years particularly in IT security
- Experience in security risk assessment and audit on the Government is preferable
- Possess at least one IT industry recognized certificates related to IT security, such as CCSP, CEH, OSCP, CISSP, CISA, CISM etc.
- Qualified as a Certified Practitioner in CSQA (Certified Software Quality Analyst) and/or CPIT(QAM) (Certified Professional IT (Quality Assurance Management)) is an advantage but not mandatory
