Job description:

 - 5+ years secretarial experience in trading or manufacturing company

 - Provide secretarial and administrative support and ad-hoc projects

 - Experience in merchandising an advantage

 - Good command of English and Chinese

 - Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 - Good interpersonal and communication skills

 - Task oriented, self-motivated and can work independently and as team worker
