We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Team Secretary to join our fast-paced and international sales department. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and administrative support across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and follow up on quotations for clients and prospects
- Follow up on sales orders to ensure timely processing and delivery
- Prepare, review, and manage sales contracts with precision
- Provide full administrative support to the entire sales team
- Assist overseas offices and international customers with coordination and communication
- Handle requests and administrative tasks assigned by the Sales Director
- Maintain fluent communication in English, both written and spoken
Requirements:
- Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written) is essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in sales administration or customer service preferred
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools
