We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Team Secretary to join our fast-paced and international sales department. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and administrative support across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue and follow up on quotations for clients and prospects
  • Follow up on sales orders to ensure timely processing and delivery
  • Prepare, review, and manage sales contracts with precision
  • Provide full administrative support to the entire sales team
  • Assist overseas offices and international customers with coordination and communication
  • Handle requests and administrative tasks assigned by the Sales Director
  • Maintain fluent communication in English, both written and spoken

Requirements:

  • Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written) is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Previous experience in sales administration or customer service preferred
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools
