Microworks is an authorized distributor with over 20 international brands including Consumer Electronic, Photography, Audio, Computer Peripherals and Licensed Anime Merchandise and Figures. We’re seeking a passionate Sales Specialist to expand our retailer network (anime stores, gift shops, and chain retailers) and champion our product lines.

Key Responsibilities

- 📈 Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new retail partners (specialty anime stores, toy stores, gift chains and department stores).

- 🤝 Build strong relationships with existing clients in Hong Kong & Macau, ensuring repeat business and growth.

- 🎯 Present product catalogs, negotiate terms, and close wholesale deals.

- 📊 Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify opportunities.

- 🚀 Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless product launches and delivery.

Requirements

- ✅ Proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in wholesale/distribution.

- 🌟 Industry background in anime, toys, collectibles, or pop culture licensing is HIGHLY preferred.

- 🗣 Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

- 🎮 Genuine interest in anime/pop culture – you’ll speak our customers’ language!
