Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Perform detailed sales analysis and present insights for management and sales teams.
- Support sales activities through data management, market analysis, and administrative tasks.
- Handle daily service calls and/or inquiries from customers, coordinate and follow up with related parties, such as Sales team.
- Maintain and update information using ERP systems and Excel dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of data and timely reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Good analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Strong communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus).
- FMCG or similar sales environment experience preferred.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
