Sales & Marketing Officer

• Degree/Diploma holder in related disciplines
• 2+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing and executing strategies for the group’s property sales projects
• Develop and coordinate the production of marketing and communications materials
• Conduct market research to incorporate market trends, competitor/customer behaviors into our marketing initiatives
• Engage in property sales events and administer related documentation as needed
• Foster and maintain good relationship with customers and estate agencies

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Real Estate or related disciplines with 2-5 years of relevant experience preferably gained from property developers
• Familiar with The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Proactive, strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
• Willing to work on weekends during sales campaigns
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales & Marketing Officer
