Sales & Marketing Manager (Plastic Materials)

*Achieve growth and meet sales targets by leading the team members of sales, logistic, purchasing and customer services department

*Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management

* Develop business plan and strategy for multiple product line markets that ensures attainment of Group's sales goals and profitability

*Handle queries and complaints from customers, business partners and other stakeholders

*Work closely with the production, research & development teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely and quality basis

Requirements:

*Degree holder, preferable in Chemical Technology, but not essential

*Not less than 10 years marketing experience in plastic industry

*Familiar with plastic materials characteristic

*Strong marketing strategy in developing business in HK/China

*Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English

*Able to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
