SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate sales & marketing plan and implementation to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and explore sales accounts to achieve sales target and company goals by implementing effective sales strategies
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with current and new clients to improve brand awareness and achieve market expansion
• Proactively provide market intelligence, market trend and consumer insight for sales planning and promotion.
• Liaise with external and internal parties for sales order and marketing activities follow-up.
• Prepare regular reports on sales and profit performance and analysis.
• Support any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• At least 8 years experience of sales & marketing in the field of FMCG or food wholesales industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and people management skill.
• Strong network and relationship with general trade, retail chains and other sales channels (eg food or corporate) is an advantage.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, energetic and a good team player
