Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Drive performance and foster excellence.
• Address and resolve challenges to maintain business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in the electrical appliance industry, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
