Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced TCM & Wholesale Sales Manager to lead and grow our wholesale and B2B sales channel in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Traditional Chinese Medicine or health supplements, a robust network within the industry, and a proven ability to drive sales through wholesale, clinic, and retail partnerships. You will be the driving force behind expanding HEC’s global presence through strong distributor relationships and strategic wholesale partnerships. You’ll be responsible for developing market entry strategies, managing sales targets, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all territories.


Key Responsibilities

Distributor Management:

  • Identify, appoint, and onboard overseas distributors aligned with brand values and growth objectives
  • Manage ongoing relationships with international distributors, setting sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop joint business plans and oversee their execution
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations

Wholesale Strategy:

  • Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to drive revenue growth in key export markets for TCM and health supplements
  • Build, nurture, and manage partnerships with premium B2B channels—including retailers, pharmacies, wellness chains, and TCM clinics
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly

Operational & Sales Execution:

  • Forecast, track, and report on international sales performance against targets
  • Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth fulfilment and support for partners
  • Ensure global trade compliance and documentation for international shipments
  • Represent the brand at international trade shows and distributor events

TCM Industry Engagement

  • Stay updated on TCM market trends, regulatory requirements, and consumer preferences.
  • Work with internal product and marketing teams to align offerings with TCM practitioner and customer needs.
  • Represent the brand at relevant trade shows, seminars, and networking events.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of international sales, distributor, or wholesale experience in FMCG, wellness, or TCM-related industries
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s TCM and health retail landscape.
  • Established network with TCM clinics, health stores, and wellness professionals is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling overseas distributor networks
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
  • Culturally fluent and able to adapt communication styles for global partners
  • Willingness to travel domestically (up to 40%)
  • Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred)
